  • He joined ICICI Infotech in 2000 as Global Head HR and went on to become the MD & CEO of 3i Infotech Consultancy Services Ltd.
  • During his long professional Career Manoj has had rich and varied experience in various industries from setting up HR systems , Recruitment, Training, Compensation, Employee Relations & Engagement, Mergers and Acquisitions etc.
  • Since 2011 he is Managing Director and CEO of Bloom Systems an HR Consultancy Company with Marqee clients in the areas of Contract Staffing, HR Advisory Services, Skills Development, Recruitment Services & Outplacement Services.
  • Manoj is also associated with Public Limited Companies as Independent Director as well as Board of Advisors in established companies as well as start ups.
